2. Product Authenticity & Warranty

Products include the warranty stated on their product pages. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

• Water damage (unless stated as water-resistant)

4. Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, you will be refunded in full within 7 working days. Availability of any item for future restock cannot be guaranteed.

5. Incorrect Items Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product:

• Notify us within 2 working days at returns@watchmakermilano.co.za
• The incorrect item will be collected and replaced at no cost to you

6. Damaged Goods on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged:

• Inform us within 2 working days
• Keep all packaging intact
• We will arrange collection and assessment

Failure to report within 2 working days may affect eligibility for replacement under the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Website Accuracy

Occasionally, information on the website may contain errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors at any time, including after an order is placed. Obvious pricing errors are not binding as per South African CPA guidelines.

8. Returns Policy

You may return items within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

• Unused and unworn
• Undamaged
• In original packaging
• Inclusive of all accessories

Items failing inspection will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed minus shipping fees, handling fees, and payment gateway or card processing fees. Orders cancelled after dispatch will incur both the original courier fee and the return courier fee.

9. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Bank processing times may cause slight delays.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Exchanges made after the 7-day return window are not eligible for refunds unless the product is defective.

10. Shipping

We ship via reputable national courier partners.

• Free delivery applies to main and regional centres (where stated)
• Outlying, rural, or farm areas may incur additional courier fees
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once payment has cleared
